Comments: New commissioner Sean Parks has made a very positive impact, but he has been a little slow pushing his positions. Understandably, he is new and wants to get the “lay of the land,” but he must understand swift action is needed. Older commissioners have tried to force positions on him that he should reject. He is a leader, but he just needs to understand he has as much power as anyone on the board.
I have an “acquantance” who tells me the world will end on May 21st bro! So you don’t know them, you are listening to an ‘acquitance’. Ahh, very good. Discussion closed. That says it all bro.
You probably buy all the lake County conspiracy theories becasue your ‘acquantance’ says so.
I don’t know these folks hardly at all. But, from what I know about the human race with friends like you they don’t need any enemies! I am not their neighbors and in reality all I know about them is some of my acquaintances worked hard to get them and other elected and are not very happy with the results of that work. Opions are like rar ends you have yours and I have mine!
And by the way, Welton Cadwell has worked relentlessly 7 days a week sometimes 20 hours a day to acheive his status as “the boss” and to pull off his schemes with LSEMS and such. As some previous bloggers stated he can’t wait for meeting to end by 11 AM every meeting date.
Most people with brains know that over the years he has spent very little effort with the peoples business and thousands of hours at Welton and friends schemes. therefore I don’t care how many hours a week your friends are spending sucking up to someone!

Three dogs ~ You must be the youngest! I remember that story when you asked your father how he come to name you three boys. He said when your oldest brother was born he threw the flap back on the TP and the first thing he saw was a deer running through the woods, so he named him running deer.

Politicing 60 hours a week. Everyone has cell phones today! That’s total BS. I think it has more to do with the people who felt used and abused by these politicians and then dumped when there were no longer needed. You can’t fix that with a phone call. That comes from the heart! Something people like you don’t have!

You are way off bro. Leslie and Sean put in 60 hours a week to make this County better bro. Are you upset becasue they don’t call you every week???? What is it becasue everyone I know says these two young guns are all over the place meeting with people 4 and 5 nights a week. Get over yourself bro and try contacting them if you feel neglected and stop wining about them being jsut to more politicans. They are anything but.
Sean, A lot of folks say they haven’t heard a word from you or Leslie since youse won the election. Guess that makes the two of youse just two more politicians huh? We voted for both youse, but we won’t ever make that mistake again.

This leadership score is skewed. I know Parks very well. He stood up to Conner and Cadwell. DO NOT let his polite nature be overlooked for a cold steely resovle to get things done.
A few “Art of War” quotes come to mind when thinking of Parks “Pretend inferiority and encourage his arrogance” and
“Be extremely subtle, even to the point of formlessness. Be extremely mysterious, even to the point of soundlessness. Thereby you can be the director of the opponent’s fate”.
Parks is very good critical thinker and highly creative. He is very influential particularly in one on one stuations. I am willing to bet bar none, he is the hardest working Commissioner.
