The School Board’s $93,100 Impact Fee Study

Yet another Bad Decision During their meeting on June 14, 2010, the Lake County School Board approved a contract with Henderson, Young and Company (HYC) for a school impact fee study that will cost taxpayers $93,100 ($64,300 for the study and $28,800 for presentations).  HYC was also responsible for the 2007 school impact fee study.  [...]
